Welcome to the post-NAAC edition of the Temperate Agroforester!

In this post-North American Agroforestry Conference edition of the Temperate Agroforester we will be announcing the awardees for the AFTA awards and introducing the newly elected AFTA board. 

We also want to thank everyone that attended the 2021 NAAC virtual conference. The virutal conference was a great success with over 450 attendees from 15 different countries. Thanks again to all that attended! 

Call for Articles: Fall 2021

We are pleased to announce the call for articles for Agroforester Newsletter for Fall 2021. The theme for the Fall 2021 newsletter is marketing agroforestry products. We want to hear about your agroforestry products and how you are marketing them: through farmers markets, online, in stores, or any innovative strategies, we want to hear about it! If you have an interest in submitting an article relevant to the theme or any questions, please submit your article topic or any questions to afta_editor@aftaweb.org by August 9. Final articles will be due September 13. As always, we welcome ideas for future themes and suggestions for articles, and we welcome any input or feedback about the newsletter at afta_editor@aftaweb.org. Let’s share what each of us are doing and educate/encourage others out there to take advantage of agroforestry!
